I have loved all Reese’s candies since I was a kid. My favorite kind of Reese’s was more. You get the picture. So I was curious to find a dessert that included this delightful candy that wasn’t just brownies. I ultimately found this recipe and was overjoyed. The directions were rather simple but I had never made cheesecake before and knew from my sister spending countless attempts perfecting hers, it could go terribly awry. But I accepted the challenge and am so happy I did. The cupcakes were perfectly dense and chewy. Remember, unlike other baked goods, cheesecake is supposed to remain a little woobly in the middle-you want the sides to be golden.
