I am a huge fan of Stacy’s Pita Chips. I love their sea salt chips for hummus and the cinnamon ones for my sweet tooth. I was craving them the other day and decided to try making them myself since I pretty much always have tortillas on hand. The process was so simple!
1. Spray tortillas with cooking spray.
2. Combine white sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on both sides of tortillas.
3. Cut into wedges.
4. Bake in oven on 325 until crisp and browned (about 10 minutes).
Enjoy with ice cream, fresh fruit, all of the above like I did or eat them plain!
